Ever since I remember, I have had a love for animals. After graduating high school in 2013, I applied at a Pet Store. While working there, my love grew into a passion. I think I knew more of the animals than I did people when they came in. After much thought, I decided I wanted to go back to school and took the Medical Administration/ Ward Clerk Course at Willis College in Arnprior and graduated in 2016. I left the Pet Store for a full-time position as a receptionist for a doctor's office. I did love it there, but while being off on maternity leave for my daughter, I decided that I wanted to go back to something that I was really passionate about. So that's what brought me here. I work as one of the full-time Client Care Representatives. And when I am not at work, I spend time with my family. A fun fact about myself is that I have three sisters, and between us all, we have 9 cats and 4 dogs! I can 100% say we are definitely all animal lovers.

We remain open through COVID-19 with protocols in place to protect our clients & our staff.

We can now see all cases by appointment only. Our veterinarians are also available for telemedicine consultations. If you are uncertain if your pet requires an essential service, please call our office, and we will be happy to discuss each individual case.

Effective August 3, 2021, we have opened our doors (with some restrictions):

  • We will allow one client per appointment to accompany their pet into the exam room.
  • Face masks are required to enter the building.
  • Please call us when you arrive, and we will provide further instructions.
  • Food and prescription pick-up will continue to be curbside at this time. Please call in advance for prescription refills and food.
